My Weigh Family Therapy

My Weigh is an innovative therapy center which offers a progressive, non-diet approach to mind and body balance in a uniquely inspiring environment. We've created a distinctly modern facility that provides treatment for a broad range of eating, weight and body image issues which are so prevalent today but lack successful, lasting solutions. Our goal is to provide all clients with a comprehensive yet peaceful path to finding their natural body shape and long-term contentment.

Currently there are multiple program options (group and individual) for women and adolescents, all of which are centered on the effective principles supporting our proprietary process called Eating By Instinct--which is somewhat like a highly interactive version of the intuitive eating concept. We guide individuals through 8 essential steps to uncovering behind-the-food issues and bringing more guided energy around eating, so as to really honor the body's innate wisdom. The outcome: an empowering internal locus of control.

For those interested in the most complete results, our premier program also includes meal sessions and a 'buffet' of exercise experiences as well that allow each client to explore until they discover their own best 'movement' inspiration. And leading the way is a topnotch staff of well-trained and experienced professionals who bring expertise in key specialized areas such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Diet & Nutrition, Life Enhancement Skills, Fitness Training and more.
